By accessing or using MarginAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of Kosovo. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MarginAI is operated as a software-as-a-service business registered in the Republic of Kosovo. For legal enquiries, contact us at legal@aimargin.net.
MarginAI is a SaaS platform that provides AI API cost monitoring, per-client cost attribution, margin tracking, and reporting tools for agencies and businesses using large language model APIs.
To use MarginAI you must create an account. You agree to:
MarginAI offers paid subscription plans billed monthly via Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized payment processor. All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@aimargin.net.
Under Kosovo Law No. 04/L-121 on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of your first charge without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email billing@aimargin.net. See our Refund Policy for full details.

MarginAI operates as a proxy between your code and third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). You are responsible for:
We collect and store request metadata (token counts, costs, timestamps, model names) to provide the Service. We do not store the content of your prompts or LLM responses. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime, third-party API outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
MarginAI and all its content, features, and functionality are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kosovo law, MarginAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pristina, Republic of Kosovo.

We collect only what we need to provide the Service. We never sell your data. This policy is written to comply with Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We conduct periodic security reviews.
MarginAI uses third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located primarily in the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Kosovo, including the United States, which may not have equivalent data protection laws. We rely on contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses) with these providers.
We share data only with the following processors, strictly to provide the Service:

MarginAI is a business tool not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The updated date at the top reflects the most recent version.

We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first charge, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
All MarginAI plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charge.
In accordance with Kosovo Law No. 04/L-121 on Consumer Protection, and as an additional contractual commitment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email billing@aimargin.net with your account email. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
After the initial 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:
Cancel your subscription at any time by emailing billing@aimargin.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), a licensed Merchant of Record. For payment disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly. Paddle acts as the reseller of MarginAI subscriptions and issues official VAT receipts.
